Intake Session

Child Centred Play Therapy (CCPT)

This includes a thorough session, getting to know you and your child, your family system, developmental history and the formation of a treatment plan and goals. An Intake session is required before the commencement of therapy. Intake sessions are completed with the parent and carers only. Children are not to attend this intake session.

Play therapy is an effective therapeutic approach in addressing needs including: Emotional regulation, separation anxiety, adjusting to family changes, social and relational skills, childhood trauma, attunement and attachment. For the greatest therapeutic gains it is recommended that sessions occur weekly. This will be discussed in details during the intake session.

Progress/Review/Closure Session

(45 minutes session + 15 minutes casework) - $190

Progress update sessions occur every 5 standard sessions for Child Centred Play Therapy with the primary caregiver.

Written Statements / Support Letters / NDIS Report

Varies depending on the nature of the request.

Protective Behaviour Education

(45 minute session + 15 minutes casework) - $190

Using Play Therapy as the therapeutic approach, I work with children and young people to understand body safety, develop skills to recognise and respond to unsafe situations, how to seek assistance effectively, how to establish and maintain respectful and equal relationships, understand family structures, how to make informed sexual choices and the importance of consent.

Payment for all services are due immediately following the session, unless prior arrangements have been made. All prices quoted above exclude GST and are subject to change.

No show policy (non attendance), will be charged 100% of the service fee. If participants are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment will be charged as non attendance and will not go ahead. It is imperative the participants are available for the full duration of the session to ensure that greatest therapeutic impact can be achieved.
Short Notice Cancellation (within 48 hours), will be charged 75% of the service fee.
If cancellations/no shows occur three appointments in a row a review will be completed to see if continued service is appropriate for the child and/or family.
