In the spirit of reconciliation Piece by Piece Play Therapy acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People as the First Nations People of Australia. Piece by Piece Play Therapy wishes to recognise the Wiradjuri People on whose land we now live, work and play, and which provides us life. Piece by Piece Play Therapy pays their respects to First Nations ancestors and Elders, past and present, for their generosity and custodianship of Country. We value the First Nations Peoples songlines, stories and dreaming and their unique cultural and spiritual relationship to the land, waters and sky. Piece by Piece is a neuro-affirming, trauma informed and inclusive practice, where cultural humility is practiced at all times.
